I had Derek come to my home, as my son got me a tablet for Christmas and I had no idea how to work it. Derek was very patient with me and I would have to say that the thing I appreciated most was that he listened to me and what I wanted to do with my new tablet. He didn't try to talk me into all the bells and whistles and I really liked that. I would recommend him to anybody or business at any time. He had all of the answers and I loved it.
